Booking and Cancellation Terms
for Relationship Reconnection with Donna Robinson
Booking Terms:
1. Appointments can be booked online or by contacting Relationship Reconnection with Donna Robinson directly.
2. Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or text message.
3. Payment for the appointment is required at the time of booking.
4. Payment can be made by credit card or electronic funds transfer.
5. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability.
6. If you are running late for your appointment, please contact Relationship Reconnection as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee that your session will be extended.
Cancellation Terms:
1. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify Relationship Reconnection with Donna Robinson at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Given waitlists, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged at the full session rate.
3. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session rate.
4. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact Relationship Reconnection as soon as possible.
